My iMac has a problem/ No...."we" have the problem.

I sure hope u can help me

I have the monitor sitting there and there is admin and there is guest
each asking for a password which I thought I had
then I have the sudden option to reset the password but it asks for user name and pw
LoL
could they not make this any easier ???
I don't recall the username / email I used nor the password, I am so stuck. can this be fixed?


pulleeeseee can someone help me get into my computer so I can reset all this and
WRITE DOWN THE PASSWORD, for a time this might happen again,

I do appreciate all and any help from you computer geniuses out there !
P.S. there is no cd or anything like that.
