Instagram

i just downloaded itune for me. i want to go in my instagram but must sign in first, it is my first time so when they ask username and password i put it in but then they keep on telling me its wrong. but its the first time i do it.when i click on forget password to see they give me a name to put in which i do but they also say its wrong. please help its driving me mad.
