My flash drive wont format to NTFS

Hi, so my friend went to HK and got me this 8Gb flash drive from Dinosaur Driver.

As usual it comes formatted to FAT32 and i'm trying to reformat it to NTFS then an error appears "windows was unable to complete the format flash drive".

I've tried using CMD,Optimize Speed, Disc management,HP USB tool but none of them worked. Formatting it to exFAT also wont work. It only format to FAT32 but the read/write speed is 80kb/s.

Anyone know how to fix this problem? really appreciate any help, thanks in advance!
