Cannot acess internet through tab

i have done all the settings from bsnl head office bhubaneswar the showed me that the wifi is conenected to my tab but whe i bring it to my house it is connect to my tab after giving my wifi password but it is writing connected in my iball tab and my htc one phone but can't acess the internet ..wifi silver colour signal are comming but not the blue colour after connected plz help boss very tensed not getting any solution
