Auto populating entire list based on DDL

Hi everyone!

I've stumped myself once again in Excel and am desperate for help. I'm attempting to auto populate an entire list based on a drop down menu.

So, what I have is a DDL of days of the week (M-F) in Column A. Based on the day, I've got a dynamic DDL to give options of the date in Column B. So if Monday is selected in Column A, the options in the DDL in Column B are only Monday dates in January.

Here's where it gets tricky. I work with individuals with disabilities, and they come on certain days of the week. They are in small groups of up to 8. What I'd like Column C to do is populate a list of up to 8 names based on the day of the week. So I need the Monday list of participants to populate in Column C automatically when Monday is chosen, but also be given the option to delete individual names if they don't attend.

I have no idea if this is possible, and I know nothing about VBA, but if anyone out there can help, it would be extremely appreciated.
