Link information in entered in worksheet 1 to another worksheet

Hi All,
I am really hoping someone to help me with this.
I have an Excel workbook
The first workbook is the form we fill out for new employees
The remainder of the worksheets are set up to track the employee and the equipment bought for them by each company.

What I was hoping to do is:
Depending on the company selected in the drop down determines what worksheet that information will be populated into.

I am trying to automatically keep track of the cost of each employee in there corresponding worksheet. I appreciate any information/direction you are willing to give me.
