Sims 3 crashes, have tried everything...

Hello,

My Sims 3 keeps crashing all the time, like after few minutes of gameplay. I have tried everything... I do have some CC, but not any mods. And also I don't think that it is because my computer don't have enough "power" to play this game, I can play Far Cry 3 etc. with highest resolution without any lag (Alienware 14, Win8 64-bit, RAM 16GB, Intel i7-4700MQ). So does anyone have idea what is the problem? And yes, my game is up to date. Thanks for all answers! (Sorry my english, it's not my native language)
