Pen drive is detected in device manager but not shown in the com

Hello,

my pen drive is dtetected in the device manager but not shown int the my computer. I am tried the drive changing letter & uninstal the USB device and reinstall it but no use. Please tell a solution. I have tried through DOS prompt it shows the disk as no volume. pls tell the solutions urgently.
