Data arrangement problem (very difficult)

I have a lot of data A1:CET100

This is the initial set of values that I have

A1 B1 C1 ... CET1
A2 B2 C2 ... CET2

. . . ... .
. . . ... .
A100 B100 C100 ... CET100

and i wish to convert it into this form

A1 A11 ... A91 B1 ... B91 ..... CET1 ... CET91
A2 A12 ... A92 B2 ... B92 ..... CET2 ... CET92
. . ... . .
. . ... . .
. . ... . .
A10 A20 ... A100 B10 ... B100 .....CET10 ... CET100


Can anyone tell me even if this is possible to do or not and how???
really urgent its for research
