every time i run or turn in a car my gta iv starts lagging a bit i have a nvidia geforce gtx 660
2 GB , windows 7 ultimate 64 bit (6.1 built 7601),AMD athlon (tm) II x2 250 processor (2CPU) 3.00 ghz , 16GB ram can you help me please.
