Windows 7 explorer problem

As soon as i try to open any folder or my computer windows explorer restarts.

my computer or any folder or drive is not opening,but can access files through whole drive path.

for ex: c:\users\bleach\downloads\video\

FOR reaching to files only.

but through this if i try to open any folder then windows explorer restarts...
plz help..
