Desktop Windos 7 control panel not showing all installed items.

Hello,

Yesterday, I installed more than one antivirus free software and scanned by them but after that I noticed that my desktop computer windows 7 control panel have only few items are showing. Now printer,Skype are not working (unable to installed again) so can anybody please help me how can i solve the problem. Thanks. Rajiv

Note: I perform restore program several time and its showing that successfully restore but problem is not solving.
