Acer Aspire 6920G wont start up

when i switch computer on the page come up and switches to a blank page with a flashing bar on left hand top corner if i try to press Ctrl + Alt + F10 computer starts the windows set up i press enter to submit the computer starts to read then after 1 sec computer shuts down can anyone help with a solution please.Thank you.
