Column namewise data copying from multiple sheets and work books

Dear Friends

I need to copy data from mutiple sheets and work books according to column heading wise.

In my master Excel sheet, I have 48 Column heading, other sheet have the decending header name which does not match to my master sheet, so every time i need to edit all sheet column heading according to my master sheet.

for ex:
Column 3 heading in my master sheet -- Particulars
Other sheets same heading data will be in column 23 and 26, 7,8...etc.

Can any one help me the macro to copy the data according to column heading wise.
