Help: Macro compare worksheets and generate new with difference.

Hello,

I am trying to compare two worksheets Sheet1 and Sheet 2 in the same workbook.
And after comparison it will be copied in Sheet3 with the difference in column E. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
