Samsung S5 I can't get past fingerprint without it turning off.

I'm hoping someone can help...
I have a brand new Samsung S5. Unfortunately, I can't get it to stay on. Previously I added a few apps & set up my security fingerprint. But today I can't get past fingerprint without it turning off... I have tried to restore factory setting as per Samsung kies but nothing is working..

Any advise.. or should I just return to store as I bought it 2 days ago!!
