Internet connected but my brownser won't work

It been 2 months my computer been like this.i unchecked the proxy stuff.still don't wont work for any of my brownser.now I'm on my ipad which is connected to the internet I use for the computer.so what's going on

Internet connected but my brownser won't work
Cannot open web pages but internet connected ✓ - Internet & Social Networks Forum
Wifi connected but can't open any websites ✓ - WiFi Forum
Internet connected but webpages won't load ✓ - Network Forum
