Write protection

Hello,
My USB flash, can not be written to it neither could you delete nor format.
I've tried several mechanisms including register edit[e.g policies>storagedevices], i have tried even to format using the linux OS, now here there is even no option of formatting.
I real feel to recover this flash, help p'se. It doesn not ve write protection switch!.
