Internet Explorer 10 For Windows 8

Hi Have a problem with how to use passwords. All my passwords are saved on my laptop and stored in my credentials, but for some reason when I go to these sites the username and passwords are not used and have to retype them all again. Have the box ticked in Internet options / Content / AutoComplete. Has anyone have this happen to them. Would appreciate any help. Also Have trusted this computer. Thanks.
