Ps vita country/region is not valid

two weeks ago i buy a new ps vita with free voucher(include 5 games), very first time i make PSN account with my psvita and i put 'cyprus' as my country/region . but after that when i use ps vita i cannot access to the psn store via this account, becz its says my country/region is not valid. i try to change it , and i take help from youtube, now i change my country but still i cannot access its says like same country region is not valid. what should i do?
