I cannot open my files [Closed]

Dear all

I need a real help from all of yours.

I block one of my personal folder with software wise folder hider . After that some days , I give again windows 7 re install on my laptop and re install the same software but latest one . After that I can open the folder but any docs , picture , vdo , I cannot open and I cannot move and windows symbol is coming that it is restricted

Please kindly advise me how it will solve
