Power on but monitor signal gives no signal.

I been facing this problem since i brought my computer from S.Korea.
At first, it works totally fine and my monitor had no problem.
The next day or few hours after shutting the desktop down, i on it back and the monitor doesnt give signal.
I thought it was my monitor problem but it works fine when connected to laptop.
I have tried putting ram card back and graphic card too but it works temporary...
The same thing repeat again and again!! Its damn frustrating...
I tried to bring it to the repair shop and the person told me that there is no problem in my hardware...
Maybe power supply to the desktop is no enough thats why my monitor gives no signal.
So i bought the Belkin surge protector and it works..
However the next morning when i try to turn on my desktop..
The same problem repeated...
Desktop works totally fine, there is sound for my fan, and even from the speaker...
Does anyone know whats the problem?

Power - 600W LE
HDD - 1000G
SSD - 120G
OS - Window 7 Home
