I am trying to create a graph to show overlapping employee shifts but I am not sure how to go about doing it.
I have the following employees with fixed shifts
Gabriel - Saturday 12am-12pm & Sunday 8am-5pm
Mario - Saturday 11am-11pm & Sunday 11am-11pm
Gilles - Saturday 8am-8pm & Sunday 8am-8pm
JP - Saturday night 8pm to 8am Sunday
I basically want a chart showing 24hr clock and employee names with their shifts. I should be able to look at it in a glance and see how many employees work between noon and 2pm on Sunday for example. This way I can present a graph to the manager telling him that he has too many people working during slow periods. I can't figure out how I can do that. Is anyone able to help?
