Excel - Copying data from multiple files into a single workbook

I am trying to find someone to help me write a VBA code that will search a folder with hundreds of .xls and .xlsx files and copy rows of data to a fresh workbook based on certain criteria.

Example: Each of these workbooks, will have a value in Column C (usually C18 or C19) that = "Name". I would like every row beneath that row until it reaches a row that has text in the A cell (ie: A23) from each file, copied into one single workbook. I would like the set of rows from each file to begin in the next row down from the previous file's data. I can't code, but what I am basically looking for is this:

Search file 1 in folder X. IF C# = Name THEN copy all rows below to file "Complete Data" until a row with any value in the A column is found.

Once a row with a value in the A column is found, do not copy that row, move to file 2, repeat, copying data into first blank row in "Complete Data" workbook.

Please let me know if this is possible or if you need me to be any clearer.
