Excel to send email when a cell changed [Closed]

I'm totally lost, I'm new to macro world and would like to send email from excel when a cell changed, the sheet is very simple:

Name Project End Date
ABC xxx 25/10/2014
XYZ yyy 29/10/2014

so if ABC changes the date it should send a notification email to test@test.com in the TO and me@me.com on the CC with a fixed subject and the body:

"Name Value" changes "Project Value" to "END Date Value"
