Contents in pendrive not showing

im using a 32gb transcend pen drive and the contents of it is not showing . i tried attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* ....this trick is working but the problem is itz happening all the time when i plug my pen drive to other pc and then replug it to my pc the same prob occurs....so is there any permanent solution for this......
