My MSN password not reconised i've even changed it

Hello.
On my home pc I can't get Hotmail sign in page but when I use a PC at a different location I get the Sign in page fine so I log into danieleeady2@Hotmail.com and it takes me to the page that gives me 3 Options on resetting my Password. So I'm unable to log in to my email m Anywhere .Only MSN Email has been banned which can be done by the IP address well I thought as much until I changed my IP and low and behold I changed my IP and still would not let me log in. The IP I originally had that my email was working fine is #### #### #### and I changed it to #### #### #### and still didn't work ,but throughout I allways been able to log into Mail . That was sanctioned on the 15.08.14.Thank you
