Auto-update the last data in report sheet

Hi all,

Looking for help on my regular report.
The water quality is updated regularly in the data sheet and need to transfer to the report sheet to send to customer.

Question: how to set auto update the last data to the reporting sheet once we update the data sheet. I have attached a screen shot for better understanding.
