Create worksheet with a list,and fill the worksheet from another

hi all,
i want to ask..

if i want to create a worksheet with a list from sheet1, begin from b2, i figgured this out with macro from https://ccm.net/faq/27361-excel-a-macro-to-create-and-name-worksheets-based-on-a-list#q=macro+to+rename+sheet+with+list&cur=1&url=%2F

when the sheet created, i want to format the sheet that has been created with the list from another worksheet that i have make... can some one help me?
