My acer laptop has completely shut down,no power lights.

my acer model corei7 has completely shut down and would not come on.there are no lights blinking at any sides showing signs of it working even with the charger plug on or the battery.it shut itself down when it detected virus from a pendrive i slut inn eventhough i fixed the virus issue via smadav antivirus .i was about to obey an instruction to do deep scanning when it shut down completely and is not showing even a little sign of rebooting.please help me out because i really have a lot of work piled up here.
