Unable to connect to the proxy server

So i have an acer laptop and it is sayin it is unable to connect to the proxy
server and i went to the proxy settings an took off the checked boxs
i have tried restarin it an iv took my firewall settings off. my internet
Has full bars but it says unidentified internet access. i was able to
get on websites till 2wks ago an now it ain't wantin to let me get on the internet
iv tried everything i could please help me.
