Hello,

I have been having problems with my laptop at start up, HP-PAVILION G7 (AMD-A6) . Some times when I switch on the laptop, it stops near HP logo, and doesn't go forward than that.

I off the laptop using power button, then comes diagnostic centre for HP, and then I select for EXIT and OPEN WIN 8.1, only then the Laptop get started.

Please help me with this issue.
