Gather information from one spreadsheet and move it to another

I have a spreadsheet that has the information from a Realtor office. It has all the information from each sale for all Realtors. I need to pull certain information off of this main sheet for each Realtor (I will be making a separate sheet for each Realtor). I would use VLOOKUP but not sure how to set it up with all the other information on there.

Example Headings:
Date MLS Address Seller Lead Listing Agent Buyer Lead2 Buyers Agent Gross Sales Sale $ Commission Total Commission Co-broke In Office Agent Split Agent 5% Gift

I need to pull off certain columns if the Listing Agent or Buyers Agent is in this office.

Any ideas?
