I can't recover my account

Hello,
I've been trying to get back to my email account for a while now but I just have no means. I can gurantee that it's my own account, but whenever I try to sign in outlook tells me that I need to make absolutely sure that it's me and requests for a way to receive a code for recovery.
It gives me two options. One, to use the email 'no*****@hotmail.com' to receive the code, which frankly I have no idea what it is. I'm not sure if the stars are an accurate number of the letters used, but if they are then I have absolutely nothing like that.
The second method it offers is to fill in the form, which I've done multiple times. But because of my lack of actual activity on outlook involving sending, receiving mails, or having an xbox account it keeps informing me that I've not filled in enough.
The thing is though, I have absolutely no way of filling in more because there is absolutely NOTHING more to fill in!

I just honestly want to get back into my account, it has a lot of important information in there, and right now I have no way of. Could anyone please help me out?
