Gmail time incorrect

I found solutions online that states it can correct the gmail time, mine's doesn't match my system clock. I found the following instructions, but from step 2 I have trouble because I cannot find Personal Settings, and when I click Edit beside Email Address, it only allows you to add recovery email. All instructions seems to be incorrect. Can you help me please?

To fix this issue please follow these steps:
1) Visit https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?passive=1209600&continue=https%3A%2F%2Faccounts.google.com%2FManageAccount%3Fservice&followup=https%3A%2F%2Faccounts.google.com%2FManageAccount%3Fservicemail.
2) Find the Personal Settings and click Edit next to the 'Email addresses' section.
3) For the Time Zone field, choose the time zone that matches your location.
4) Click Save.
5) Sign out of Gmail and sign back in.
