Help me PLEASE Major Problem

This is what i did, i downloaded int. exp 8, friday, it was working just fine, for some unknown reason i dont know why, but i decided to turn back my puter, the dates that were available were last weeks dates, my choice was to go back to last week, (which i had the int. exp 7) now when i boot up on my puter, what comes up is no icons, windows loads, but no internet exp, i can not do or go anywhere, Can someone help me. Thanks in advance i really appreciate this, as i am using a neighbors puter.
