Hello,

This is for a machinery quotation, based on model type and specifications

I have a sheet in which cell B2 has a drop down menu listing 4 model numbers. Let's call them:
1) ModelA
2) ModelB
3) ModelC
4) ModelD

Column A shows the Main category.
Column B shows the Specification name and description.
Column C shows either "STD", "Option" or "N/A" for ModelA
Column D shows either "STD", "Option" or "N/A" for ModelB
Column E shows either "STD", "Option" or "N/A" for ModelC
Column F shows either "STD", "Option" or "N/A" for ModelD

If user chooses ModelA from drop down menu in B2:
Columns D,E,F SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "N/A" in Column C SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "STD" in Column C SHOULD NOT be hidden
All rows showing "Option" in Column C SHOULD NOT be hidden, but highlighted yellow.
.

If user chooses ModelB from drop down menu in B2:
Columns C,E,F SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "N/A" in Column D SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "STD" in Column D SHOULD NOT be hidden
All rows showing "Option" in Column D SHOULD NOT be hidden, but highlighted yellow.

If user chooses ModelC from drop down menu in B2:
Columns C,D,F SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "N/A" in Column E SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "STD" in Column E SHOULD NOT be hidden
All rows showing "Option" in Column E SHOULD NOT be hidden, but highlighted yellow.

If user chooses ModelD from drop down menu in B2:
Columns C,D,E SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "N/A" in Column F SHOULD be hidden
All rows showing "STD" in Column F SHOULD NOT be hidden
All rows showing "Option" in Column F SHOULD NOT be hidden, but highlighted yellow.

Then i would like to be able to hide more rows manually (the options that are not being included).
Then before exporting/printing, i would like to hide column C,D,E,F (whichever is still showing) and export/print without showing the highlights.

Thank you, in advance.
