Exhausted Microsoft Account Recovery Attempts

Hi:

My Hotmail address is tied to my Facebook account. I have not gone into Hotmail for a loooong time. I can't remember my password and I could not provide enough information to recover my account via the Microsoft Account Recovery process.

I tried setting up a new account using the same e-mail address but it wouldn't allow me to.

Are there other ways to recover my account and password?
