Populating a column of data based on drop down selection

I am trying to populate a column with data from a seperate sheet based on a selection from a drop-down list.

The drop list and the desired display area is on sheet 'Running Avg!B4:B29. The drop list is a string of numbers: 1-52 (weeks). The information on this sheet in B4:B29 are employee names.
This data is mirrored on sheet 'Scores Summary! BB2:DA28. The data on that sheet is in the form of a table where the running averages are calculated.

I want the users to choose a week to display from the drop-down and have it auto-populate the correct data.
