Problem with the keys [Closed]

Hello,

My problem is that I cant use question mark or any toher normally. If I hold shift and try nothing happens. So if I hold shift and press the question mark key this happens _ .Ive had this problem before but now I cant get it off. Also holding shift and pressing 2 gives me @.
