Want to get back my mail

Hello,



I have sent some mails from to mobile phone from my own email i.d to my own email i.d then I move this mail to personal Labels which is on my email ,then I delete that mail from sent Items and Then delete forever from Trash mail. because I dont have any information about that when we delete our mail from sent items and trash mail so it will delete automatically from personal labels.
I feel very very bad and i want to get back my that mails.
please help me out please.
