Sims 3 launcher doesn't work..

Hi,

I played the sims a few years but now I have a problem.. The launcher isn't working.. I tryed the option documens, electronic arts, the sims 3, dccaches, and delete what i needed to delete (I can't remember the name xD) but it didn't work.. I play it now but I always need to do program files (x86)-> Electronic Arts-> The sims 3-> game-> Bin-> TS3W but I hate that way.. and I need the launcher to upload houses and sims for the sims site.. Can someone help me please? :3
