Hotmail Issue

Hello, I've been trying to get my hotmail account back for a few years now. I did their application and It never worked, my email address was set to my old house, I no longer have access to the phone number anymore. Also they ask me for an xbox card pin. I have never owned and xbox in my life. That email is linked to my facebook, skype, roblox, combat arms. I've even tried calling microsoft. Apple has better service then microsoft. Anyways I've ran out of solutions. I need that email back so I can reclaim multiple stolen/forgotten accounts.
