Excel Macro - Insert Rows between existing cells and copy them

I'm trying to create a macro that inserts 49 blank rows then fills them with the first row, but I need this to be on a loop because I have 800 entries. Unfortunately, I have very little programming knowledge.
Here is a sample.
Currently:

After Macro (Scaled down to 5 instead of 50 repeats)
