Copying data from multiple worksheets to a summary worksheet

I have data in 2 cell ranges (A1:D1) and (Q103:S103) from each of about 150 worksheets to copy to a summary worksheet in the same workbook. In the summary, I want the data to appear in one row with the first column indicating the worksheet name (country location), followed by the data from cell range (A1:D1) then by data from cell range (Q103:S103).

I use Excel 11 (for mac)

I hope you can help me with a VBA script to automate the copy-pasting process. Much obliged!
