Excel transfer of comments

from excel file to excel file, how can I get comments updated automatically, similar to vlookup or hlookup?

i.e. comment in cell c4 of file abc.xlsx to cell c4 of file xyz.xlsx. Don't want to use copy paste as there are many comments from multiple files to consolidate into 1.
