Hello, ive been trying to log into my account for the past few days.
The problem is that when i log into my email it says:

To help you--and only you--get back into ***@***, we need to verify that it's yours.
It asks me how i want to retrieve my security code and the choices i have is:
Email ?fa*****@hotmail.com and i cant verify my account
?fa*****@hotmail.com is my other account that i can't acces into.
And i done that survey thing many times but it is too little info.
