Software to format my 32 GB PENDRIVE

Hello,
I have bought a 32gb pen drive,but it carries data only up to 2GB,and if i transfer more amount of data in to it it just CORRUPTS the other files,please tell me what to do with it,i only able to use only 2gb kindly tell me any software to format it and use it
