Copying info

Hello,

How do I get information in one cell to two there sheets with out copy and paste. The info in the cells are the same on all three sheets but change regularly. I don't want to have to retype the info on all three sheets each time the number changes. So how do I get the number to change on the other to sheets just by typing it in on one sheet. if that makes sense?
