Outlook 2010 Send/receive problem. Can receive but cant send

Hello,

I used my computer to send and receive and it was working perfectly fine.
However, i moved my computer back to my home from my office and now i have a problem.
I am able to receive messages but i cannot send messages anymore.
My error code shows something to do with the smtp and pop3 settings but i am not sure.
my error code is 0x80042109
(i am not using a hotmail account but a private company email account)
